Spelling donned a black top and pants to the event at Level 8, while Cramer wore black pants, a matching shirt, and a gray coat. Photos show Spelling placing her arms around Cramer's neck as she kissed.
Although the pair was photographed outside Level 8, PEOPLE can confirm it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Over four months after Spelling and McDermott divorced after a decade, the PDA comes.
McDermott split from Spelling in June in a deleted social media post. After 18 years together, they had daughters Stella Doreen and Hattie Margaret and sons Liam Aaron, Finn Davey, and Beau Dean.
"It's with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own," he wrote, sharing photos of the couple and their children.
