Compared to the habanero pepper in the barbecue sauce for the original Diablo Dare sandwiches, the spicy mayo uses a mild cayenne pepper.
For quadruple heat, the crispy chicken and smoked brisket Diablo Dare sandwiches added ghost pepper cheese and toasted red chipotle buns.
Late October's Diablo Dare roast beef sandwich replaced ghost pepper cheese with cheddar but retained all the other spicy ingredients,
including the chipotle bread. Simple sesame seed buns anchor the new Spicy Roast Beef Sandwich.
It sounds milder than the Diablo sandwiches, which required the "extingui-shake," a vanilla milkshake to cool. After Arby's quietly added
the Spicy Roast Beef to menus statewide for a limited time, it didn't require a wingman or much publicity.
