Use the Right Shampoo and Conditioner: Choose products that match your hair type and concerns (e.g., moisturizing for dry hair, volumizing for fine hair).
Avoid Hot Water: Rinse your hair with lukewarm or cool water, as hot water can strip away natural oils, leaving your hair dry and frizzy.
Blot, Don't Rub: After washing your hair, gently blot it with a soft towel to remove excess water. Avoid vigorous rubbing, which can cause damage and frizz.
Regular Trims: Schedule regular haircuts to keep your hair healthy and prevent split ends. Trimming every 6-8 weeks is a good rule of thumb.
Heat Styling Protection: Use heat protectant products before using hot styling tools like curling irons or straighteners to shield your hair from damage.
Dry Shampoo for Volume: On non-wash days, use dry shampoo at the roots to absorb excess oil and add volume to your hair.
Silk Pillowcase: Sleeping on a silk pillowcase reduces friction, preventing hair breakage and frizz while also helping to retain moisture.
Less Frequent Washing: Washing your hair every day can strip it of natural oils. Try to extend the time between washes to maintain your hair's natural balance.
