One of the best running backs in Dallas Cowboys history died earlier this month.
Walt Garrison, a Pro Bowl running back/fullback with the Dallas Cowboys, tragically died at the age of 79 years old earlier this month.
The former Dallas Cowboys running back reportedly died in his sleep, passing away a year before he turned 80 years old.

The NFL team said in a story posted on its website Thursday that Garrison died overnight. It did not give a cause of death
Garrison, who is perhaps as well known for his post-playing career as he was his playing career, was one of the best running backs in Cowboys history.
He starred collegiately at Oklahoma State and ranks fourth in Cowboys history with 4.32 yards per carry and ninth with 3,491 rushing yards.
