VA Disability Payment Schedule for August 2024:
The VA typically pays disability benefits on the first business day of the following month. However, if the first falls on a weekend or holiday, payments are made on the last business day of the preceding month. Here’s the payment schedule for the upcoming months:

- October 2024 Payment: November 1 (Friday)

For those with a disability rating between 10% and 20%, the monthly payments are as follows:
- 10% Rating: $171.23
- 20% Rating: $338.49
For Ratings Between 30% and 100%: The monthly payments vary based on disability rating and dependent status. Here’s a brief overview:
- 30% Rating:
- Veteran Alone: $524.31
- Veteran with Spouse: $586.31
- 60% Rating:
- Veteran Alone: $1,361.88
- Veteran with Spouse: $1,486.88

These rates increase if you have additional dependents such as children or parents.
