Popeyes Is Planning to Swarm France With Fried Chicken
Popeyes expects to sell more fried chicken in France by 2030, even though it has no outlets there.

Popeyes France's Instagram feed has hinted that Paris will launch the first restaurant on January 31, 2023. However, the official website has
not released a press release or announced the European menu (other than Louisiana-style fried chicken).
Popeyes partnered with France's largest restaurant group, Napaqaro, in 2021 to franchise across France and Monaco over several years.
Popeye's has opened 17 U.K. locations, including full-service sit-down restaurants, ghost kitchens, and the first drive-thru, and five more are planned for 2023.
The successful expansion to the U.K., Spain, Switzerland, and Turkey has garnered excellent reviews and satisfied consumers.
